1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

1.1 We ship domestically to all states & territories in Australia, and now offer shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

1.2 Shipping times and fees will vary depending on the destination.

1.3 Orders are shipped out from Brisbane, Australia. Please take this into consideration if the supplied delivery address is significantly far as we cannot guarantee the delivery times once the order is in the couriers' possession.

  1. SHIPPING METHODS

2.1 We offer a range of shipping methods for both domestic and international orders. Typically our couriers will be Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and Toll IPEC, with express shipping occasionally available for a small fee.

2.2 The shipping methods available will vary depending on the destination and the size and weight of the order.

2.3 On the very rare occasion of courier unavailability or unsuitability, we may ship your order with one of the other listed couriers at no extra charge. 

  1. SHIPPING TIMES

3.1 Orders are typically shipped the same day that payment has been received, if there is reasonably enough time in the business day to package, label, and deliver the order to the chosen courier.

3.2 Domestic orders will typically be received within 2-6 business days, while international orders will typically by received within 5-12 business days after payment has been received.

3.3 Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. We cannot be held at fault for the delays of the couriers.

  1. SHIPPING FEES

4.1 Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination, the size and weight of the order, and the shipping method selected.

4.2 Shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout before the order is finalised.

4.3 Shipping fees include the packing and handling fees.

4.4 If you find the available shipping fees to be unreasonable, please get in contact with us to see what we can do. The shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the live results from our couriers given the weight and size of the order.

  1. TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS

5.1 Tracking information will be provided for all orders where the courier supplies it.

5.2 Tracking information, if received, will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

5.3 You will receive an email for every status change of the order, including when the payment is received, and when the order gets shipped.

6.1 Customers are responsible for any customs and duties that may be incurred for international orders.

6.2 We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred due to customs clearance.
